Leisure ticketing firm Ticketcounter has appointed Sjoerd Bakker (pictured left) as chief executive and Arjen Bos as chief technology officer.
Bakker joins the company from ShakeTheCounter and the company Last Seats. Bos previously held the CTO position at Aneto.
Lucy Wood has joined London venue the Roundhouse as head of music. She is the former booker for Festival Republic and succeeds Jane Beese, who left Roundhouse at the end of last year.
The Van Wert Area Performing Arts Foundation (VWAPAF) in Ohio has named Quincy Thompson (pictured right) as box office director. In her new role, she will be the direct representative for ticket sales of all Van Wert Live events at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center and at the Grandstand.
Thompson joins the foundation at a time when its Van Wert LIVE brand is emerging with a new online presence and new ticketing platform for all Niswonger and Grandstand events.
