Attractions.io, a creator of mobile visitor apps for the likes of LEGOLAND and others, has joined forces with Gatemaster Technology to launch a guest-facing mobile ticketing app.
The app, which is powered by the Attractions.io platform, will be fully integrated with the Gatemaster ticketing solution to allow visitors to access their bookings through an integrated digital wallet.
“We recognise the importance of mobile to today’s guests and wanted to make sure that our ticketing solution worked seamlessly within branded attraction apps,” said Sondra Shannon, chief executive of Gatemaster, which is a provider of POS and ticketing solutions in 16 different countries.
“Partnering with Attractions.io was the obvious choice, and we’re excited to be able to offer the app platform to our customers, with out-of-the-box support for our ticketing solution.”
Attractions.io is a platform for visitor attractions, such as LEGOLAND, and is used by millions of visitors annually. As well as mobile ticketing, it also offers several other features, such as wayfinding, targeted messaging, food ordering, visitor analytics and more.
