Accesso Technology has partnered with UK television network ITV to provide ticketing for its experiences and tours.
Through the partnership, ITV will implement Accesso’s Passport ticketing suite across its Coronation Street The Tour and the Daytime Studios Tour, as well as a new attraction opening in Manchester.
James Penfold, ITV’s controller of partnerships, said: “In Accesso, we’ve found an essential platform for our ticketing and distribution operations, which are crucial to both our company’s success and the full satisfaction of our valued guests.
“With their worldwide client base and team’s dedication to client services, we are incredibly excited for all the benefits this partnership promises.”
Accesso will enable ITV to manage transactions and build customer loyalty via its many membership tools. Accesso said the ticketing suite provides up-sell, cross-sell and quick-sell prompts while helping guests plan their visits to ITV tours and attractions.
Steve Brown, Accesso’s chief executive, said: “ITV Broadcast is an industry icon that brings its guests’ dreams to life each and every day, both through its rich programming and unique behind-the-scenes experiences.
“We are proud to partner with such a forward-thinking company, helping open doors to even more passionate fans and supporting ITV’s continued dedication to excellence in entertainment.”
