Thailand’s B-Concept raises $5m to grow its ticketing arm

Thailand’s B-Concept Entertainment Group has raised $5m to expand its ticketing, events, marketing, and production businesses.

The firm, which is a full-service events and communications agency based in Bangkok, creates online, mobile and social community platforms, as well as producing live and corporate events and entertainment experiences in Asia.

Individuals can buy tickets or book activities across its platforms providing member privileges, analytics and insight to marketers.

William Kuipers, chief executive of B-Concept, said: “We continue to implement our mission and create live experiences with digital solutions to connect fans and businesses to these events and technologies help these communities to have meaningful conversations online and offline.”

The company is in the process of launching new ticket technology under the brand TixTaQ, and also recently acquired M Productions Asia.

Kuipers added: “TixTaQ is the modern answer to sell future proof concert, event and activity tickets with social distancing in mind.”

B-Concept works in areas including artists and touring, digital marketing, corporate meeting management, creative events and entertainment, media and tickets, team building and productions through its different divisions.

The firm is also a partner of meetings and events business BCD Meetings & Events as well as lifestyle brand Fatboy.
