Vivaticket has enhanced its Seat Ownership functionality to activate Enta’s social media group booking capabilities.
Vivaticket, which owns Enta Australasia and provides ticket solutions for the leisure, culture and tradeshow industries – and counts FC Barcelona and Musée du Louvre among its partners, also released the automation of pre and post communications with the MailChimp integration.
In addition, it has established integration with Vimeo, which is streaming software with Enta’s ticketing solution, which allows clients to sell tickets to streamed events from their venue.
Vivaticket said it is working to “ensure that these enhancements will have a number of critical benefits for clients and patrons.”
The developments have been developed with the aim of helping clients address the required COVID reporting and patron management, as well as boost engagement with audiences, and provide additional revenue streams.
John Godwin, the managing director of Vivaticket said: “It is great to see that many of the customers are choosing this time to ‘work on their business, as opposed to ‘working in the business’ which is often the default position when ticket sales are frantic.”
