People on the move: CTS Eventim, TEG and more

TEG has this week announced a management restructure with Cameron Hoy (pictured centre) appointed to the new combined role of chief commercial officer and managing director of ticketing.

Hoy, who was previously chief operating officer and head of ticketing for TEG, will be taking on oversight of TEG Analytics, TEG Insights, TEG Digital and Commercial as well as all TEG’s ticketing operations globally.

In addition, Ian Ball (pictured left) has joined TEG as chief operating officer and will oversee the operations, technology, IT, communications and corporate affairs functions, as well as leading TEG’s venues globally.

Elsewhere, CTS Eventim has appointed Susana Voces (pictured right) as managing director of its wholly owned Spanish subsidiary, Entradas.

Voces, who took up her new position on September 1, joins Entradas from Deliveroo, the online delivery service, where she was responsible for the global restaurant business. Prior to that, she was general manager for Italy and Spain at eBay, the online marketplace.

Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, chief executive of CTS Eventim, said: “I’m very glad to welcome Susana on board as an seasoned international executive with great eCommerce expertise. With her broad management horizon, she will push the development of Entradas.”

Voces added: “I am delighted to play a part in the future success of CTS Eventim and Entradas. This is a new sector for me, where I will bring in all the experience gained from previous positions and responsibilities.”

Meanwhile, Edinburgh International Festival has named Leon Gray as head of ticketing and CRM.

Previously, Gray worked for Aberdeen Performing Arts for more than six years as the head of business transformation.

Holly Scanlon has been appointed as ticketing and hospitality sales director at Formula E.

She joins the electric car motorsport organisation after almost seven years at The O2 in London, where she held several roles including, most recently, director of ticketing, and head of ticketing before that.

Ryan Mirabedini has been named as sales director at Motorsport Tickets. He joins the firm from the Circuit of the Americas race track where he held the role of premium sales manager.

He also formerly worked for NBA club the Cleveland Cavaliers where he was the manager of suite hospitality development.
