Vivaticket has expanded into the Asian market through a new partnership with ticketing solution company MyTicketAsia.
Under the agreement, the Malaysian-headquartered firm will be the exclusive reseller for Vivaticket in Southeast Asia and will promote its integrated ticketing system in order to attract venues and events in the area.
MyTicketAsia provides businesses, organisations and venues with a self-managed ticketing solution system and, through the B2C portal, in promoting and selling tickets for top Asiatic events and venues, like Sepang International Circuit and Kuala Lumpur Sports City.
Vivaticket’s ticketing and access control solution allows users to manage every aspect related to visitor management, including CRM, resource management, food and beverage, merchandising, inventory management and payment functionalities, in addition to a wide range of choice for pricing and promotional strategies. Vivaticket’s clients include brands such as Walt Disney World, Musée du Louvre and FC Barcelona.
