Vivaticket rolls out NSW Dine & Discover integration

The New South Wales (NSW) Government has launched an initiative in partnership with Vivaticket to grant residents four A$25 (£14/€16/$19) vouchers to spend on entertainment and dining.

The Dine & Discover NSW scheme has been designed to encourage the community to support dining, arts and tourism businesses following COVID-19 closures.

All NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for four A$25 vouchers, worth A$100 in total. Two Dine NSW Vouchers can be used for dining in at restaurants, cafés, bars, wineries, pubs or clubs, while the two Discover NSW Vouchers are to be used for entertainment and recreation, including for tickets to cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.

The vouchers, which are valid to June 30, can be used any day of the week, including public holidays and can be used at participating NSW businesses that are registered as COVID Safe.

Vivaticket, which has produced the integration, said in a statement: “Vivaticket has rapidly developed this solution free of charge to customers – understanding the difficulties placed on them by COVID-19, and the related restrictions, at this time.

“With this new scheme, Vivaticket has entered 2021 with a strong business momentum, using COVID difficulties to only improve and strengthen relationships with clients and their patrons.”

Vivaticket’s ticketing and access control solution allows users to manage every aspect related to visitor management, including CRM, resource management, food and beverage, merchandising, inventory management and payment functionalities, in addition to a wide range of choice for pricing and promotional strategies.

The company has been an established player in the sector for years, with an expansive client portfolio that includes the main organisers of sporting events, live shows, trade fair bodies, theme parks, theatres and cultural events.
