NFL team the Denver Broncos is to revamp its digital operations behind premium hospitality and ticketing sales through Sportsdigita’s Digideck solution.

Beginning in time for the 2021 season later this year, the Broncos will utilise Digideck to redefine its tech stack to help the premium sales and services team streamline the customer experience at Mile High.

Digideck will also be used to provide real time updates and information to prospective or current premium seat and suite holders and engage with potential premium buyers through chat and video conference.

“We were looking to elevate our entire premium customers’ experience as we want to provide unrivalled service and an engaging experience to Broncos fans,” said Marc Jackson, the Broncos’ vice president of ticketing. “Whether they are prospective buyers deciding between suites and United Club Level seats, or fans preparing for game day, we will now be able to focus more time on them providing that unique Denver Broncos experience.”

Minneapolis-headquartered Sportsdigita was founded in 2011 by Angelina Lawton, formerly the senior vice president of corporate communications for the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning. Its technology is used to enhance teams’ sponsorship, ticketing, and premium experiences operations.

Sportsdigita’s partners include more than 400 professional and collegiate teams, including the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Lakers, as well as corporations such as Visa.

“We are excited to partner with the Denver Broncos ahead of what should be a memorable season as fans return to Empower Field at Mile High in full force,” said Lawton, Sportsdigita’s chief executive and founder.

“The Broncos are an iconic franchise and we’re thrilled that Digideck will allow their premium seating and customer service teams to provide fans with a best-in-class game day experience.”
