FEVO expands partnership with Paciolan

FEVO members can now store and share mobile tickets in their social cart thanks to an expansion of the social commerce platform’s relationship with Paciolan.

The partners, who already serve over 100 integrated clients to facilitate group ticket sales, will help participating teams and venues reach more customers and drive ticket sales for fans looking to welcome back live entertainment.

When fans invite their friends to join a ticket offer, improved integration will enable them to quickly identify and select seating options through an intuitive ticket buying experience.

Paciolan and FEVO have also pledged their commitment to continued development, enhancements, and refinements of the integration between both platforms, with a suite of features scheduled to be delivered over the coming months. This will include mobile tickets stored in fans’ mobile wallets, which leverages Paciolan’s connected mobile pass technology.

FEVO’s platform facilitates customers to pick an event, invite friends, purchase tickets from vendors, make group seating arrangements and offers to manage inventory.

The two companies said teams and venues will also benefit from the integration, including significant enhancements to manage inventory through the FEVO platform. Teams can sell multiple items, like parking passes, concession vouchers, and merchandise in a single shopping cart, allowing fans a frictionless buying process for all necessary purchases before gameday.

Additionally, ticket sellers get enhanced metrics for their sales representatives to track offers, measure campaign results, and maximise revenue.
