Berlin’s Chamäleon Theatre has integrated with Activity Stream in a move targeted at creating more personalised campaigns for audiences.
The contemporary circus venue, which performs shows across genres including acrobatics, dance, music and theatre, uses CTS Eventim as its ticketing partner, marking Activity Stream’s first collaboration with the platform.
Through the partnership, Activity Stream plans to provide Chamäleon with a set up of the new platform and the email campaign tool to help them send highly targeted campaigns, with the aim of reaching larger audiences and selling more tickets.
Hendrik Frobel, managing and theatre director of Chamäleon Theatre, said: “It was important to us to find one source/software to store, evaluate, analyse and use all our customer data.
“In connection with CTS Eventim, Google Analytics and other tools Activity Stream seems like the perfect solution while maintaining a very high standard for data protection aspects, usability and gaining a real benefit for our employees to fulfill their role and to maximise the success of the undertaken activities.”
Activity Stream will support Chamäleon in its continued focus of implementing a secure digitalisation strategy by using data and analytics to guide them into generating more revenue.
