Live entertainment and event distribution company Tickets For Less has acquired Ticket Solutions and will now operate its business-to-business operations under this name.
The acquisition was completed at the end of 2020 for an undisclosed fee. As well as the acquisition, Ticket Solutions has brought in Evan Honeyman as vice president of business development and corporate strategy. He has previously led domestic and international business development for TicketNetwork.
Honeyman will lead the new Ticket Solutions business developments and grow technology-focused partnerships.
Jake Dubin will continue to lead the technology projects after working in software development for Ticket Solutions.
Chief revenue officer Clay Discher will lead the Kansas-based Tickets For Less partnerships team to market professional and college sports, as well as music, under the Ticket Solutions brand.
The acquisition will allow the merged company to expand into hospitality, fan travel, corporate ticketing and premium experience segments.
Dan Rouen, president of Tickets For Less and Ticket Solutions, said: “Our team partners and industry clients understand the value that our pricing expertise, distribution approach, and inventory management provide in helping them achieve their primary ticketing and revenue goals.
“The Ticket Solutions brand best represents our long-term focus on technology solutions in the industry and our commitment to continuous improvement for our partners.”
