Dutch concert venue Het Concertgebouw has successfully integrated the Tix Ticketing product as its main box office sales and event management solution.
The partnership went live on Monday, with the transition including the conversion of more than 10 years of data from the previous system. This consisted of tickets, orders, subscriptions, customer records, customer tags and memberships, which has now been aggregated into the Tix data warehouse and synced to Salesforce.
Tix Ticketing is a white label software-as-a-service (SAAS) solution that specialises in ticket sales and event management, and will now be utilised by the esteemed concert hall.
Suzanne Verweij, team manager ICT for Het Concertgebouw, said: “The Concertgebouw is very happy with the cooperation with the Tix team during the implementation and the Go Live with the Tix ticketing system. Tix offers Concertgebouw a complete ticketing solution that fits in well with its many high demands.

The UX of the system is very user-friendly for the many different colleagues who will use it on a daily basis. The Royal Concertgebouw is a prestigious concert hall in Amsterdam, Netherlands and can date its history back to 1888. During the partnership, Tix will also deliver ticketing functionality to the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, as well as a further two associations and magazines linked with these. Five websites are now connected to the Concertgebouw’s Tix account.
