Accesso extends presence in North America

Accesso Technology Group, a technology solutions provider to the leisure, entertainment and cultural sectors, has expanded its roster with a batch of new clients.

Accesso has added 15 North American operators – from casinos to theatres – to its list of clientele, with the partners utilising the Accesso ShoWare box office ticketing suite.

New companies include Silverton Casino in Las Vegas; Biltmore Theatre in Oshawa, Ontario; UIS Performing Arts Center in Springfield, Illinois and three speedways in Burlington, Washington; Fairbury, Illinois and Seekonk in Massachusetts.

Further clients include the Peninsula Ballet Theatre in San Mateo, California and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Parkinson, Mississippi.

The list of venues and attractions are set for full integration by the end of this month.

Accesso chief executive Steve Brown said: “Over the last year, it was wonderful to see so many destinations, venues and attractions around the world begin to welcome back their valued guests.

“We are privileged to have the opportunity to help these new partners enhance their operations and offerings with a next-generation ticketing experience.”

The Accesso ShoWare ticketing suite offers high-volume capabilities, white-label branding and customer service capabilities in a complete, ready and easy-to-use package.

The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions means operators have flexible, full control over the full end-to-end ticketing process including reserved ticketing tools, functionality to support spaced seating and contact tracing, donation tools, live streaming and email marketing integration.
