Tix Ticketing has revealed that Odense Teater is the first theatre in Denmark to appoint the ticketing software company as its new partner for ticket sales and CRM.
Odense Teater is one of Denmark’s largest regional theatres and is also the country’s second-oldest theatre. It is located in Odense and has roots dating back to 1796, meaning the theatre has operated professionally for over 200 years.
The venue presents both Danish and foreign classics as well as modern Danish and foreign dramas, performances that cater for children and young people, musical productions and dance.
The implementation took place over three months in the spring, with the go-live of the theatre’s online sales in late April. Yesterday (Monday) saw the launch of the theatre’s big season sales for the venue’s full season that begins in August.
