The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has partnered with TicketSmarter, which will see the ticket resale marketplace become an official ticket partner.
As part of the agreement, TicketSmarter will gain exclusive marketing and sponsorship rights for the mixed martial arts (MMA) league, as well as providing PFL fans with a safe ticketing marketplace.
PFL chief executive Peter Murray said: “The Professional Fighters League is pleased to announce TicketSmarter as our official ticket marketplace. The PFL prides itself on fan experience and this partnership offers millions of MMA fans a safe and secure ticketing resource.”
Professional Fighters League boasts a talent roster that features fighters independently ranked in the top 25 in the world, including 2021 PFL champions Kayla Harrison and Ray Cooper lll.
The MMA league sees elite fighters from around the world compete in a regular season, playoffs and a championship. The four competitors in each division that earn the most points in the regular season advance to the playoffs, followed by the PFL World Championship, where each winner could go home with a $1m(£806,000/€950,000) prize.
TicketSmarter CEO Jeff Goodman added: “We are proud to enter a partnership with the Professional Fighters League and to offer fans an innovative, easy-to-use, secure platform to purchase and sell their tickets.
