ATG Tickets boosts booking options through Stay22 integration

ATG Tickets has integrated Stay22’s interactive accommodation map service to offer customers an enhanced user experience.

The affiliate partnership has been introduced across the UK market, with customers now able to view hotel and rental options via the confirmation page when they purchase tickets.

The integration has been rolled out across shows at all 28 of Ambassador Theatre Group’s (ATG) venues after strong engagement and conversion rates since A/B testing began in January 2022.

Among the shows on offer via ATG are West End blockbusters such as Disney’s The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre and Wicked at Apollo Victoria Theatre. ATG Tickets provides a ticketing service for ATG’s 58 venues across the UK, the US and Germany.

“ATGTickets.com is one of the world’s most visited arts and entertainment ticketing websites and is the world’s most-visited theatre ticketing website,” said Lucas Boutahar, business development manager at Montreal-headquartered Stay22. “Alongside the world’s leading producers and creative artists, their venues present an extraordinarily diverse range of top-quality entertainment.

“The nature of this partnership is to offer a travel solution to ATG Ticket’s users with the right content, the right way at the right time regarding event travel. This allows ATG Tickets to improve their overall user experience by providing a new travel service, tailored for event-goers and at no cost.”

The Stay22 solution places the venue in the middle of an interactive map alongside all available accommodations nearby. Customers can filter hotel and rental options by categories such as price, rating and type, with the booking page opened by a single click.

Boutahar added: “The customers are saving a tremendous amount of time when searching or purchasing a ticket and making the experience a night at the same time.”
