Ben&Ben has announced a major concert in Manila (pictured) for this September.
The Filipino nine-piece folk-pop band confirmed the news yesterday (Sunday) with ticketing details yet to be announced. The concert will take place September 3 at CCP Open Grounds, which has a seated capacity of around 8,458.

The concert will pre-date the band’s first-ever tour of North America, also in September. Ben&Ben are due to play in Calgary and Toronto in Canada, and Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington and New Jersey in the US.
Ben&Ben’s concert in the Philippines will be in partnership with Ovation Productions. In a post on Instagram, the concert promoter said: “The band is 2020 and 2021’s most streamed Filipino artist on Spotify with over 1.2 billion streams.
“This will be Ben&Ben’s send-off concert prior to their eight-city US tour.”
The band were formed in 2015 and were formerly known as ‘The Benjamins’.
