Children to enjoy London’s West End for free during Kids Week

Children will be able to enjoy London’s West End shows for free during the Kids Week campaign, with tickets available from OfficialLondonTheatre(.com).

Throughout August, kids aged 17 and under can see a show for free when accompanied by a paying adult, with half-price tickets available for two additional children in the same group. On top of this, there will be no booking fees.

Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday June 14, with the chance to bag a seat at some of the West End’s most loved productions including Six, The Play That Goes Wrong, Wicked, The Tiger Who Came To Tea, Horrible Histories: Terrible Tudors, Mamma Mia!, Disney’s Frozen and Mary Poppins.

New and exciting shows such as 101 Dalmatians, Back To The Future The Musical, Disney’s Beauty And The Beast, The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, Grease The Musical, Life Of Pi and My Fair Lady can also be enjoyed as part of kid’s week.

Kids Week was created by the Society of London Theatre and has engaged nearly 1.7 million children and families since it was launched in 1998.

Alongside the performances on stage, productions are also offering a wide range of free activities for Kids Week ticket-holders. Children will be able to take part in dance workshops, technical demonstrations and Q&A sessions with cast members.

Kids Week bookers with access requirements are able to complete a form before the general onsale, outlining access needs. The form will be available from the Kids Week website from Friday 10 to Sunday June 12.
