NBA launches new premium hospitality platform

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has established a new NBA Experiences premium hospitality platform that will provide unprecedented fan opportunities at major league games.

The new venture, which has been created as part of a multiyear deal with the league’s official experiences provider QuintEvents, will include access to NBA events alongside unique off-the-court programming such as NBA player and legend meet-and-greets, behind-the-scenes tours, concerts, chef’s tables, golf outings, fashion shows and hospitality hubs designed to reach NBA fans globally.

NBA Experiences will offer its range of customised and immersive fan experiences at major league events throughout the NBA calendar year, including NBA All-Star, NBA Draft, NBA Summer League and NBA Global Games.

Packages are already available for the NBA Abu Dhabi Global Game 2022 in October, with the most expensive option coming in at £12,468. The Hall of Fame – Courtside A package includes access to the NBA EXP Lounge, further exclusive hospitality and dining experiences, an on-court photo and city tour.

“QuintEvents has a proven track record for providing unparalleled experiences at the world’s most coveted events in sports and entertainment,” said Joseph Graziano, the NBA’s head of global event strategy. “Tapping into their expertise to form NBA Experiences will allow us to engage with NBA fans in new ways and create lasting memories for years to come.”

The formation of NBA Experiences expands on the league’s relationship with Quint, which has been offering premium fan experiences to select league events since 2010. The new partnership also provides the NBA with a minority equity stake in Quint.

“We are thrilled to be joining forces with a global powerhouse like the NBA,” said Brian Ruede, Quint president and chief operating officer.  “The NBA brand combined with Quint’s experiential expertise, technology and international capabilities will make NBA Experiences the best-in-class fan engagement.”
