Ireland-headquartered digital ticket delivery platform, Tixserve, has revealed an overhaul of its brand.

The rebrand includes a new logo, a fresh look and feel along with the launch of a new website.

While the company will retain the name Tixserve, it has introduced a new tagline: ‘Redefining ticket delivery for richer experiences’.

The rebranding marks the scaling up of Tixserve from a start-up in 2017 to a major provider of digital ticket fulfilment and fan engagement services for organisers of live sporting and entertainment events in the UK and Ireland.

Eileen Murphy, Tixserve’s marketing manager, said: “We are delighted to unveil our new branding and website. This new logo embodies the sharpness and strength of our technology, a bespoke symbol that incorporates our values and culture, adding bold new hues that light up our exciting future, vision and the ongoing focus of the Tixserve team on responding to the business and problem-solving needs of our clients and the market.”

Tixserve will continue to provide its secure and patented technology which helps to prevent fraud and ticket touting, while generating verified ticket-holder data and optimising fan engagement.

Earlier this month, Tixserve and Scottish Rugby announced a multi-year partnership that will see rugby fans utilise digital tickets to enter BT Murrayfield.

Fans will continue to purchase tickets as normal through the Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Office on the Ticketmaster platform. However, starting with the upcoming Autumn Nations Series, tickets will be delivered to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App, powered by Tixserve.
