AudienceView, a provider of ticketing and e-commerce solutions for the live events industry, has launched an integrated, white-label mobile app platform.

Clients will be able to configure a fully-branded consumer app to expand the relationship with all event attendees, rather than the sole ticket buyer.

AudienceView Spotlight is an extension of AudienceView Unlimited, a ticketing, fundraising, marketing and CRM platform from the Toronto-headquartered firm. Organisations will be able to control their brand, data and experiences through the consumer relationships they form.

According to AudienceView, organisations only collect data from roughly 33% of their audience. However, placing more emphasis on building better experiences for customers can help to unlock more personalised relationships.

Mark Fowlie, chief executive of AudienceView, said: “The mobile experience for live events is behind the times. Adding AudienceView Spotlight to our white-label experience will give our clients a new channel to discover more about their audiences, allowing them to drive revenue and engagement that both the venue and the event attendee desire.

“Giving our clients a robust feature set they can use to drive engagement through their own brand is something this industry hasn’t yet seen at scale.”

AudienceView Spotlight is already being utilised by venues such as The O2 in London, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lord’s Cricket Ground.

Fowlie added: “A great mobile experience unlocks significant revenue that organisations consistently leave on the table. The challenges our entire industry is facing aren’t going anywhere in the near future.

“Leaders of these organisations must find ways to generate more revenue per event attendee to help fuel their businesses. For years, our clients have trusted AudienceView to build powerful solutions that help their live events be more successful. We’re excited to bring AudienceView Spotlight and all its capability to our clients through their brand.”

AudienceView also recently revealed that event technology company Realife Tech has become part of the company.

Realife Tech’s mobile solutions are already used by The O2, Premier League football club Chelsea and OVO Arena Wembley.

Adam Goodyer, founder and CEO of Realife Tech, said: “Finding a way to incorporate Realife Tech into a larger value proposition was important to me. AudienceView has already proven they are a market leader in the live events space. Knowing that our technology will impact such a large and diverse client base is exciting for our team.”
