Ideas and Innovations (I&I) has revealed a new retail ticketing platform in conjunction with its strategic ticketing partnerships for live events and theatre.
I&I is a physical and digital technology marketing company that works alongside retail partners to create, develop and implement retail consumer kiosk programmes.
The ticketing kiosk platform will offer I&I’s retail partners the ability to sell tickets to customers on demand, in store.
Customers will be able to purchase tickets with seat selection and easy payment options including physical money, credit/debit and even gift cards.
The entertainment content selection will include local, regional and national live event ticketing for concerts, sporting matches and special events.
Using I&I’s artificial intelligence (AI) targeted advertising and promotional programmes, the platform also supports other retailer features to boost secondary revenue streams.
Together with its ticketing partners and participating retailers, I&I is set to launch the new programmes during the second quarter of this year.
