Patron Technology, a technology platform for the live entertainment industry, has acquired Fan Interactive Marketing, a fan engagement and data-driven marketing solutions provider.
The acquisition will benefit live entertainment organisations that wish to connect further with their fans.
Fan Interactive’s marketing solutions and knowledge of audience development will also complement Patron Technology’s offering, and aid clients with their ticketing, marketing and fan engagement needs.

The new combined company will operate under the Patron Technology brand and will still be led by Jenkins.
