Paris 2024 Olympic Games tickets go on sale today (Wednesday) with around three million available over the coming month.
Some 2.5 million sports fans who registered with Paris 2024 before the end of last month will be able to create and acquire ‘Make Your Games’ packs during the first phase of sales. These packs consist of tickets for three sessions across sports, venues and price categories.
People were able to register for the draw between December 1, 2022 and January 31, 2023. Between February 13 and March 15 they will be selected at random and sent an email with a 48-hour purchase timeslot during which they can create numerous packs and purchase up to 30 tickets.
The sales process was working well for some this morning:

But, of course, others encountered problems:

Tickets for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as well as for some specific sports sessions, are not available during the first sales phase. These specific sessions will be on sale during the sales phase for single tickets in May 2023.
To enter the draw for single tickets, fans will need to sign up on the official ticketing website from March 15 onwards.
The final phase of sales begins in late 2023 when tickets go on open sale.
For the first time in Olympic history, tickets will be sold exclusively on a single, centralised and digital platform which will be open to all fans at the same time.
Through this platform, nearly 10 million tickets will be available for the Olympic Games, with one million of these priced at just €24 and almost half priced at €50 or less for the general public.

It is not just the athletes who are getting ready for the Games, it’s the spectators too, and their journey starts now.”
