Tiqets partners with AI solution

Tiqets, an online platform for cultural and leisure experiences in Europe and North America, has partnered with conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution, 

The tool allows hotel guests to ask questions, make requests and book additional services from their mobile phones. This means that travellers will be able to discover things to do, and book these activities and attractions through communication apps, such as WhatsApp.

Founded last year, can support an entire guest journey from answering frequently asked questions, upselling and promotions, processing in-stay requests and collecting feedback. Partnering with Tiqets will mean that guests will have the opportunity to add to their bookings including breakfast, available parking or find fun things to do.

The AI solution will also offer personalised recommendations Tiqets’ curated guides as soon as the accommodation is booked. Travellers can plan their trip or be more spontaneous and add bookings for attractions along the way.
