The organiser of the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix has announced it will begin the onsale of regular-priced tickets earlier than originally planned, due to the demand experienced for the early bird offer.
Race promoter Singapore GP will launch the regular ticket sale on November 1, after the early bird tickets sold out one month ahead of the expected end of the promotional phase.
Hospitality packages have witnessed a similar demand, with dedicated suites at the Formula 1 Paddock Club, Sky Suite and Lounge@Turn 3 almost all snapped up for next year’s race.
“The Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 delivered on all counts, keeping fans on the edge of their seats with the thrilling track action and a surprise winner, and then topping it off with a fantastic entertainment line-up. We look forward to building on that momentum for our 15th edition of the night race with renewed vigour and can’t wait to welcome our fans back to the Marina Bay Street Circuit from 20 to 22 September 2024,” said Adam Firth, executive director of Singapore GP.
Additionally, fans will be treated to the debut of the all-female F1 Academy, which will take place as a support race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit next year. Singapore will be one of seven circuits to host the racing category, which was launched earlier this year to develop female drivers and help them progress up the motorsport ladder. F1 Academy’s second season will be supported by all 10 Formula 1 teams, with driver representatives and liveries on one car each.
Shamini Suppiah, director of hospitality and sponsorship sales at Singapore GP, added: “The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix is a marquee global event that continues to appeal to the widest range of corporate clients and individuals. After a record year in 2023, interest across all hospitality products remains extremely strong. With a return rate of over 70% many categories are already close to selling out for 2024. With seven exceptional hospitality products available at a range of price points there is something to meet all market segments.”
All tickets to the Singapore Grand Prix will also include access to the concerts at the Padang Stage in Zone 4. Single day tickets will be priced from S$128 (£77/€89/$94), while a three-day pass will start at S$348.
Singapore GP is no stranger to strong ticket sales, with a number of categories sold out prior to this year’s race weekend.
