From Thursday, November 30 at 10am CET, tickets for all sports will be made available – except surfing, which is accessible for free – as well the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Tickets for the Opening Ceremony will start at €90 (£78/$98), with the event to take place on the banks of the River Seine.
The latest sales phase will include tickets for all sessions, including those originally thought to be sold out. There will be no draw this time around, meaning everyone has a chance to secure a ticket.
A third of tickets will be available for €50 or less, with roughly two-thirds priced under €100.
Some 6,000 new tickets will be available for swimming at Paris La Défense Arena, with prices ranging from €24 through to €980 across all sessions. Fans will also have access to 30,000 new tickets to watch Olympic football, with prices starting at €24.
The Stade de France will provide the backdrop for athletics, with another 30,000 tickets to go on sale, while some 37,000 new tickets will be made available for basketball in Lille and 7,300 tickets for Paris Bercy Arena.
Champ de Mars Arena will host judo, with 2,000 new tickets available and the famous Roland-Garros will be home to the tennis, with 24,000 tickets up for grabs. Thousands of tickets will also be made available for urban sports – including breaking, skateboarding, 3×3 basketball and more, at La Concorde.
“[With the ticket sale taking place] just a few weeks before Christmas, this is a unique opportunity to place tickets under your Christmas tree,” said Michaël Aloïsio, the deputy general director of Paris 2024.
“Olympic tickets are very rare so it’s important to be ready on 30 November at 10am CET. The tickets will sell out very quickly.”
The Olympic Games will take place between July 26 – August 11, while the Paralympics will take place between August 28 – September 8.
