Fanatics continues to grow with latest partnership

Australian MarTech company Komo Technologies, a customer engagement platform, has partnered with Fanatics Events. Its aim is to provide “Komo’s next-generation” customer engagement platform at Fanatics’ events in the US this year.

It is claimed that the collaboration solidifies Komo Technologies’ position as the go-to platform for fan engagement.

The partnership will begin with the Fanatics Fan Fest in New York where Komo states it will elevate the live event experience for attendees by transforming the way they connect with brands and celebrities.

AI taking a foothold in ticketing

Monad Ticketing has launched generative AI-powered reporting tools for its system which is said to deliver accurate, verifiable data in response to natural language queries.

“We believe this will help organisations to streamline data analysis, gain deeper insights into customer behaviour and optimise ticketing operations, all without writing a single line of computer code,” read a statement from the company.

Rochdale AFC goes mobile

Football club Rochdale AFC has introduced a new mobile digital ticketing app which has been developed by Future Ticketing.

Fans will be encouraged to use the feature for their season cards and match tickets to save printing costs, reduce purchase time, avoid loss of tickets, and be more environmentally friendly.

Connect&GO continues French expansion

Connect&GO, which offers integrated attractions management solutions and RFID technology, has partnered with Le PAL amusement and wildlife park in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.

It is the fifth most visited park in France and boasts more than 31 attractions and over 1,000 animals.

Le PAL will now use the complete Connect&GO ticketing platform Konnect, including its online sales, POS, kiosks, CRM, payment solutions, corporate sales modules and more.

It is expected that the Konnect platform will empower Le PAL to enhance its operational efficiency, optimise guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.
