Events Ticket Center has been named an official secondary ticketing and marketplace resell partner of Most Valuable Promotions.
The deal will also see Events Ticket Center become a secondary ticketing partner for the upcoming boxing match between YouTuber Jake Paul and a legend of the sport, Mike Tyson.
The bout is set to take place on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and has already set the record for the highest gate of any combat sports event in the state’s history.
“We are thrilled to partner with Most Valuable Promotions for this historic fight,” said Event Tickets Center chief marketing officer Ben Kruger.
“The Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson matchup is shaping up to be one of the most attended and watched fights in the history of the sport, and we are committed to providing a safe and secure platform for fans to purchase tickets from the resale market.”
The event will also feature a rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano in an undisputed super lightweight world title fight.
The pair’s first and last meeting made history as the first women’s boxing match to headline Madison Square Garden in New York City.
London 2012 Olympic gold medallist Taylor prevailed via a 10-round split decision.
Events Tickets Center joins Prolific 1 as a secondary ticketing partner.
