Sir Paul McCartney announces first UK tour dates since 2018

Sir Paul McCartney has announced his first UK tour dates since 2018, and his first shows in the country since 2022. 

The former Beatle will play shows at Manchester’s Co-op Live on December 14 and 15, as well as The O2 in London on December 18 and 19.

Tickets will be placed on general sale on June 21, with McCartney also announcing dates for Paris and Madrid at Paris La Defense Arena and Wizink Center. The Paris shows will take place on December 4 and 5, with the pre-sale taking place on June 18.

The Madrid performances will be hosted on December 9 and 10, with the presale also taking place on June 18.

Pre-sales for the UK dates are scheduled for June 19.

The shows form part of the singer-songwriter’s long-running Got Back Tour which started in April 2022.

According to a report from the BBC, the tour has made more than $200m (£158m/€187m) at the box office.

It will be the first time McCartney has played in the UK since headlining Glastonbury in June 2022.
