TicketPlan has partnered with ticketing and registration platform Tickoweb, to launch a refund insurance solution for customers purchasing tickets through the Belgian site.
Tickoweb provides a solution for online ticket sales and visitor registration, and works with a number of companies and festivals including Cactus Festival, Lokerse Feesten, Suickerrock , Brussels expo, VRT and more.
Earlier this year, TicketPlan announced it had entered into an agreement with Eventim UK. The London-based UK arm of international ticketing and live entertainment service providers CTS Eventim sells tickets for a host of shows, from live music and theatre, to comedy and attractions.
“We are delighted to partner with Tickoweb enabling our market leading refund insurance solutions to be offered to customers purchasing tickets via their platform in Belgium. It’s fantastic to enter another European market and it’s been great to collaborate with Ben and the Tickoweb Team to bring this partnership to launch,” said TicketPlan’s relationship and development director Ben Bray.

Established in 1999, TicketPlan is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024.
