Safe Ticketing has launched the new TicketX service, aiming to provide North American consumers with a better purchasing experience for resale event tickets.

The TicketX website and app will offer sports and live entertainment fans the chance to purchase tickets for the likes of Major League Baseball (MLB), National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Hockey League (NHL) games, as well as concerts, festivals and comedy shows.

Tickets will be available with flat, non-fluctuating fees, and sellers can list their own tickets without any commission charges.

“Buying resale tickets has always been a confusing and frustrating process for customers with constantly changing fees,” said Kazuki Tanaka, chief executive of Safe Ticketing.

“I think customers have really been waiting for someone to fundamentally change that process. I’m confident we’ll be able to do that with TicketX.”

The TicketX app and website have been designed with an easy-to-use and modern interface, further enhancing the user’s purchasing experience.
