Quinnipiac University’s athletics department has signed a partnership with mobile ticketing and email marketing provider Paciolan.

As a result, Paciolan, which specialises in working with universities, will take over ticketing operations for all Quinnipiac athletic events as well as events held at M&T Bank Arena – the home of ice hockey and basketball for the university.

“We’re excited to partner with Paciolan for all ticketing solutions moving forward,” said Quinnipiac director of athletics Greg Amodio.

“Paciolan offers comprehensive ticketing and marketing technology that will enhance our overall fan experience at M&T Bank Arena.”

The Paciolan platform is claimed to be easy to navigate and have user-friendly functionality which makes buying tickets a simple process for fans.

They will be able to buy mobile tickets and receive them instantly via text. Quinnipiac Athletics will also have access to Paciolan’s range of analytics and reporting tools as well as email marketing solutions.

These enable fans to receive tailored marketing emails alerting them of upcoming events at the university, which is located in Hamden, Connecticut.

“We are thrilled to partner with Quinnipiac Athletics to deliver an enhanced fan experience through our innovative ticketing and email marketing solutions,” said Paciolan president Deana Barnes.

“We look forward to working with Greg and his team to implement their enhanced ticketing and marketing technology.”
