English second-tier football club Millwall has enlisted Ticketmaster Sport as its new ticketing partner on a multi-year deal that will see the launch of a new Millwall ticketing website.

The site has been made live in time for the 2024-25 season, which will be the club’s eighth consecutive campaign in the Championship.

The new platform is aimed at enhancing the user experience when purchasing tickets, while the in-person option at the club’s stadium, The Den, remains unchanged. Both services will be run by full-time Millwall staff.

“We are delighted to have Ticketmaster Sport on board as our official ticketing provider,” said Millwall’s head of ticketing Pru Buckley.

“This partnership will enhance the supporter journey with the ability to provide a seamless delivery of all forms of ticketing.

“With a more flexible platform, we are looking forward to working together to provide an improved supporter experience when purchasing tickets.”

Ticketmaster can integrate with the club website’s single sign-on technology.

This means that supporters with an existing Millwall profile from the 2022-23 season onwards will be able to log into the new website with their current details.

Fans will also still be able to get a printed ticket as it will give them the option of how they would like the ticket delivered, whether physical or digital.

“Our priority is to ensure a reliable and smooth experience for supporters as we partner with Millwall Football Club,” said managing director at Ticketmaster Sport Chris Gratton.

“Working with the ticketing team at the club has been great since we started discussions. We look forward to supporting Millwall and helping them achieve their ambitions.”
