SeatGeek has scored a new deal with Norwich City, with the New York-headquartered firm to act as the EFL Championship club’s main ticketing technology provider.
The new deal will see SeatGeek work alongside Norwich to enhance the club’s digital ticketing experience at the 27,359-capacity Carrow Road, from the ticket-buying process to stadium entry. Additionally, SeatGeek will assist the club in fast-tracking the adoption of mobile season cards and match tickets.
The partnership will begin from the 2025-26 season following the switch from Advanced, with SeatGeek selected after a competitive tender process.
“Teaming up with SeatGeek represents a pivotal step in enhancing the experience for our loyal supporters,” said Ollie Applegate, head of technology at Norwich City. “The company’s cutting-edge technology will provide our supporters with a seamless and efficient ticketing process, ensuring easy access to every match. This collaboration underscores our commitment to delivering the best possible matchday atmosphere for those entering our stadium.”
SeetGeek recently extended partnerships with other English football clubs including the Premier League’s Aston Villa and the EFL Championship’s Stoke City.
“By joining forces with Norwich City, we’ll bring our innovative ticketing solutions to one of football’s most historic, dedicated fan bases,” added Peter Joyce, managing director, EMEA at SeatGeek.
“Our shared commitment to excellence will ensure that supporters have access to a best-in-class ticket-buying experience that will elevate and enhance the supporter experience at Carrow Road.”
