The Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix has revealed its entertainment line-up for the event later this year, with performances across 12 stages over the weekend.

Taking place from September 20-22, all ticket-holders will have access to the performances in Zone 4, which includes the main Padang Stage. However, a Zone 1 ticket will be required to access performances on the Wharf Stage.

Single-day walkabout tickets are still available for the sport’s iconic night race, while additional grandstand tickets have been released to meet demand.

The likes of American band One Republic, Australian singer Kyle Minogue, American rocker Lenny Kravitz, British electronic music act Disclosure, K-pop girl group BabyMonster, and more, will all perform across the weekend.

Elsewhere, the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas – home of the US Grand Prix – has seen a major increase in ticket sales over the last three weeks, according to reports.

COTA chairman Bobby Epstein revealed that the track’s ticket sales for the race in October have shot up, with a number of ticket categories now sold out.

Last year’s race weekend saw the attendance drop from 440,000 to 432,000.

Earlier this year, organisers of the US GP offered to buy back early bird tickets after booking a major music star to perform.

Reports said organisers had realised they could buy back early bird tickets, add a $50 goodwill gesture, and resell tickets for a much higher price.

This year’s US Grand Prix will take place between October 18-20.
