Milwaukee County Zoo is targeting a customer care boost after signing up Gateway Ticketing Systems as its new admission control systems provider.

Milwaukee County Zoo is one of Wisconsin’s biggest family attractions, welcoming around 1.3 million visitors each year. Covering almost 200 acres, it cares for 3,000 animals from 350 different species.

Under the agreement, Gateway will provide the zoo with its Galaxy Guest Management and Ticketing System.

The attraction made its decision after a request for proposal (RFP) that sought offerors with extensive experience in the design, implementation, setup, and continuing support and maintenance of a best-in-class all-in-one SaaS Zoo Management System software solution.

Michael Andre, president and chief executive of Gateway, said: “We are honoured to have been selected to provide the ticketing solution for The Milwaukee County Zoo.

“Our team is fully committed to upholding exceptional customer care, one of our company’s core values, throughout every stage of this project. We aim to deliver an unparalleled, seamless experience for all their visitors. Together, we aim to enhance how people connect with wildlife and foster lasting memories.”

Gateway employs software developers, technical specialists, IT professionals, project managers, customer service representatives, and other professionals across North America and the UK.
