Ticketmaster Germany has appointed a new managing director in the form of Jannik Hülshoff, who previously served as senior director of EMEA partnerships at live-streaming platform Twitch. Hülshoff was also a former executive at social news aggregation, content rating, and forum social network Reddit.

Factory International, the organisers of the biennial Manchester International and operators of the 5,000-capacity Aviva Studios has appointed Rivca Burns as its new head of music. Burns has previously worked on festivals including Sounds From the Other City, Fat Out Fest and the Samarbeta music residency programme.

Additionally, Burns co-chairs the Greater Manchester Music Commission and serves on the board of Manchester Music Cities.

Dom Childs has been made the ticketing operations manager at the women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, which is to be staged in England.

Childs previously held senior ticketing roles at Wasserman, CSM Sport & Entertainment and London Irish Rugby Club.

Elsewhere, Tickets for Good has announced that Don Orris has been appointed as president of the company’s North American business operations and expansion.

Orris has over 20 years of experience in the live event and ticketing industries having served as executive vice president of Ticketmaster where he directed the largest and most profitable of six North American regions consisting of the Western US including Hawaii.

ASM Global, a venue management and entertainment company, has appointed Ed Sanderson as executive vice president of business development for Europe.

Over the last three years, Ed has spearheaded the development of ASM Global within Asia, working on projects such as the up-and-coming Kai Tak Sports Park.
