Satisfi Labs’ latest integration
Satisfi Labs, an AI-powered conversational experience platform for destinations and experiences, has partnered with Carbonhouse, a web development partner for venues and the arts. The collaboration will expand both Carbonhouse and Satisfi Labs’ partner ecosystems and enhance how customers interact with venue websites. The artificial intelligence (AI) integration means the website engagement will be more conversational and drive more interaction.
A switch to digital
The Exeter Chiefs rugby union side is set to launch a new ticketing app. The app is currently in its final phase of testing, and will make it easier for fans to share tickets with friends while also improving security at Sandy Park. Season ticket-holders will still be able to use their physical cards to access the ground on matchdays whilst the app is in its first season with the club.
Exeter is not the only Premiership Rugby club embracing digital ticketing, as Newcastle Falcons will also introduce digital season tickets for the upcoming campaign. The side has made the switch to boost its environmental efforts.
