Hypefest quickly sold out its first tranche of tickets ahead of the event’s inaugural edition in Hong Kong this November.
Created by Hong Kong-headquartered fashion brand Hypebeast, Hypefest encompasses music, fashion, art and food. The two-day festival will be held at Central Harbour Event Space on November 9-10 and will feature over 20 global and local participating brands and creators.
The music programme is headlined by a DJ set from French electronic duo Justice. Others appearing include Korean artist So!YoON!, American singer D4vd and Thai rapper Milli.
The event’s early bird tickets, costing around US$100, sold out on Thursday with general sale tickets to become available soon.
Hypefest arrives in Hong Kong after previous editions took place in Brooklyn in the US and Aranya and Hangzhou in China.
Organisers said: “Hypefest Hong Kong 2024 will be an unmatched celebration of creativity and culture. A curated lineup of top-tier regional and international musicians will perform against the stunning backdrop of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, alongside a showcase of emerging brands and local creatives, limited-time branded pop-ups with exclusive product showcases, art installations and a food village.”
Central Harbourfront Event Space offers almost 36,000 square metres of outdoor, open-air space with impressive views of the Hong Kong skyline.
