Premier League club West Ham United has renewed its partnership with Ticketmaster Sport, which will continue to act as the official ticketing provider at London Stadium.
Next year will mark over 10 years of collaboration between Ticketmaster and West Ham, which has seen the club make the switch from the Boleyn Ground – more commonly referred to as Upton Park – to the 60,000-capacity London Stadium in 2016.
Ticketmaster will continue to provide its ticketing technology and customer service offerings, with West Ham fans benefiting from functions such as Ticket Exchange, Ticket Transfer as well as the ability to purchase memberships and hospitality.
This season, West Ham will introduce automated sales, which will enable staff to efficiently manage ticket releases for season ticket-holders, members and general sales without requiring manual adjustments.
Additionally, supporters will have the option to pay via a link when on the phone to the ticket office – limiting the need for input of credit card details.
“We are delighted to continue to work in partnership with Ticketmaster Sport. Our relationship continues to go from strength to strength, as we collectively drive our digital ticketing solutions forward,” commented West Ham’s director of ticketing, Nicola Keye.
Ticketmaster Sport’s UK managing director Chris Gratton added: “Extending the partnership with West Ham shows just how much top football clubs trust Ticketmaster’s solutions and the team. By focusing on delivering our industry-leading digital ticketing, alongside some new innovative features for the 2024-25 season, our goal is to make matchday even better for Hammers fans.”
