US operator Victory Live has completed the acquisition of ticketing platform and dynamic pricing leader Logitix.

Victory Live acquired the business from private equity firm ZMC, which had owned what was previously Dynasty Sports and Entertainment since 2018.

Founded in 2021 and based in Atlanta, Victory Live is a technology platform focused on sports and entertainment, event management, data and ticketing software that offers an end-to-end platform for the ticketing industry. Through the acquisition, it will now add Logitix’s ticket inventory management solutions offering. Its dynamic pricing and distribution services are designed to help sports properties, performing arts operators, venues, promoters, other rightsholders, and resellers optimise ticket sales and revenue.

Curtis Cheng, president of Victory Live, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Logitix to the Victory Live platform and believe that the acquisition represents an opportunity to accelerate growth and drive value for live events rightsholders, professional ticket resellers and affiliate partners.

“We have enjoyed a long-standing commercial relationship with Logitix over the years, and we look forward to bringing the company into the fold as part of our unified and integrated organisation.”

Logitix’s growth under ZMC

ZMC bought Dynasty Sports and Entertainment in 2018 following a targeted search for businesses it believed were poised to benefit from the growing sophistication of the ticketing ecosystem. The business rebranded to become Logitix in 2020.

In 2022, Logitix led a $5m seed funding round in True Tickets and later that year became the first US-based ticket distribution partner for StubHub International. Earlier this year it launched a ticketing integration with Tessitura and confirmed partnerships with numerous arts organisations.

“We are very proud of what we have built over the past several years with ZMC’s support,” said Stu Halberg, chief executive of Logitix. “We see immense benefits and significant growth opportunities through this new partnership. The combination of Victory Live’s impressive team, blue-chip partners, and investments in technology will play a valuable role in expanding the opportunities we have developed at Logitix, providing us with the scale and global footprint we need to achieve our vision and ensure long-term growth.”

Earlier this year, Logitix hired sports industry specialist Kenny Koperda as senior vice-president of business development and Lauren Ward as director of marketing and revenue operations.
