Immersive experience Bridge Command appoints TickX

TickX, a booking and marketing optimisation solution for attractions and producers, has partnered with Bridge Command, a new, fully immersive attraction in London. 

The booking platform and marketing automation solution will integrate seamlessly with Bridge Command’s choice of ticketing system. Bridge Command will also benefit from the solution’s data-driven audience segmentation, and digital advertising capabilities which drive increased engagement, ticket sales, and revenue growth.

Bridge Command immerses guests in an interactive spaceship simulator combining technology with real actors.

Guests assume roles and take orders from the ship’s bridge command to finish technical assignments.

The partnership will see Bridge Command’s guests choose their mission, spaceship, and time slot. From a management perspective, the solution will support marketing efforts, creating highly targeted digital advertising campaigns across social media. Ad expenditure can be utilised to boost ticket sales by focusing on specific missions or timeslots that require higher engagement.

Additionally, Bridge Command will be able to manage all elements of its marketing plan via an extensive command centre, audience insights, and real-time sales data.
