Ten Lifestyle Group, a travel and lifestyle concierge service, had a steady financial year ended August 31, posting a net revenue of £62.9m (€75m/$80m) compared to £63m in 2023.
Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) increased by £0.8m to reach £12.8m, an increase of 6.67% from the previous year’s £12m. Adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 20.3% compared to 19.1% the year prior.
Net revenue is split into corporate revenue and supplier revenue, which amounted to £55.3m and £7.6m, respectively.
Cash and cash equivalents totalled £9.3m, up from £8.2m in 2023. Ten also celebrated its second consecutive year of profit before tax, reported at £0.5m, compared to £0.9m in 2023.
“After two years of exceptional growth, Ten has sustained levels of Net Revenue, whilst achieving record Adjusted EBITDA profit,” commented Alex Cheatle, chief executive of Ten Lifestyle Group.
“We continue to develop an AI-driven digital platform, a deep competitive moat and robust sales pipeline for future growth.”
Ten Lifestyle Group launched the Ten Box Office over the summer, which will allow members to book ticketing and hospitality packages for various events.
“Ten Box Office will enable Ten’s closed user group of high-net-worth and mass affluent members to enjoy presales, preferential pricing, and bespoke access to ticketing and VIP hospitality packages,” read a Ten statement, released at the time.
“All inventory is managed through Ten’s proprietary digital ticketing technology.”
