Ed Sheeran is set to take his Mathematics tour to Bhutan, India, China, Qatar, and Bahrain with 15 shows spanning from January 24 to May 2 next year.
The Asian dates begin at Bhutan’s Changlimithang Stadium in capital city Thimphu, which would make Sheeran the first-ever international artist to play in the Himalayan country.
Tickets for the concert will be as low as $10 (£7.90/€9.50), in line with Sheeran’s commitment to making his shows accessible, while higher ticket tiers will be priced as high as $101.
He will then travel to India for six performances starting on January 30 at Yash Lawns in Pune.
Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad will then welcome the Grammy Award-winner on February 2 before he plays at Chennai’s YMCA Ground three days later.
Nice Grounds on February 8 in Bengaluru will set the stage for the next performance before Sheeran goes to JN Stadium in Shillong and the Leisure Valley Ground in Delhi on February 12 and 15, respectively.
Sheeran will then play a series of dates in China at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Gymnasium on February 24, 25, 26, and 28 and March 1 and 2.
He then heads to the Middle East where he is scheduled to play at the Lusail Multipurpose Hall in the Qatari capital of Doha on April 30.
The final Asian leg of the tour is then set to be on May 2 at Sakhir’s Beyon Al Dana Amphitheatre in Bahrain.
The shows are set to employ “specially developed mobile digital ticketing technology” to deter ticket touts.
“Ed and his team have a strict stance against anyone using unofficial secondary ticketing sites to try and stop fans being exploited when trying to buy tickets for his shows,” read a statement from Sheeran’s team.
