The Vegas Golden Knights National Hockey League (NHL) franchise has bought in Ordr as its official payment processing partner.
The partnership will enhance the fan experience through the implementation of Ordr’s technology across the Golden Knights’ ticketing operations platform. Ordr’s advanced payment processing solutions are able to handle high-volume transactions at speed, providing a seamless and secure payment experience.
“Working with Ordr will ensure the smoothest possible experience for our ticket-buying fans,” commented Vegas Golden Knights president and chief executive, Kerry Bubolz.
“We are committed to staying at the forefront of technological advances at every point of our fans’ interactions with the Golden Knights, and Ordr’s innovative payment processing solutions ensure that for us.”
Elsewhere, Ordr has also teamed up with the Pittsburgh Penguins – but this time to support payment services across the NHL team’s commerce operations. Ordr’s payments solution will be deployed across the digital platforms of PPG Paints Arena, home of the Penguins.
“We are always looking for innovative ways to enhance our fans’ digital experience. Ordr’s payment processing technology will empower our team to create more personalised, seamless interactions with fans both inside and outside of PPG Paints Arena,” said Penguins senior vice president of technology, Alfred Smith.
“As the demand for digital payments continues to grow, we are excited to be at the forefront of this transformation and to partner with Ordr in the Sports and Entertainment Industry.”
