Slam Dunk Festival has scored a slam dunk of its own as it has announced three new events across Europe.

Having launched Slam Dunk France and Italy in 2022, in addition to its existing UK dates, organisers have added Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland to the list.

Originally founded more than two decades ago as a club night held at The Cockpit in Leeds championing pop-punk, emo, punk rock, ska punk, hardcore and metalcore, Slam Dunk has become a major player on the UK’s festival calendar.

The festival is held in two locations in the UK (north and south), with 2025’s line-up including A Day To Remember, Alkaline Trio, Defects, Hot Milk and more. Hatfield Park’s edition will take place on May 24 while Temple Newsam is scheduled for May 25.

First up on the European tour will be Belgium, which will take place on May 27 at Trix, Antwerp. In partnership with Live Nation Belgium, the line-up includes artists such as The Used, Neck Deep, Zebrahead and more.

Slam Dunk will then head to the Netherlands, another new addition in partnership with Jera Presents. Slam Dunk Netherlands will make its debut at Tivola Ronda in Utrecht with performances from the likes of The Ataris and March.

France’s hosting duties will commence on May 31 at L’Amphitheatre in Lyon, featuring performances from A Day To Remember, Landmvrks and New Found Glory. This will be followed by a trek across the border to Switzerland, another new stop on Slam Dunk’s European tour. The first Slam Dunk Switzerland will take place at Zurich’s Komplex 457 on June 1 with a line-up of New Found Glory, Neck Deep, Zebrahead and The Ataris.

The final stop of the European tour is Italy, which will take place on June 2 (a public holiday in Italy). Milan’s Carroponte will host some familiar faces in A Day To Remember, New Found Glory, The Used, Landmvrks and more.

Tickets are already on sale for the UK dates, but passes for Belgium, Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Italy will go on sale tomorrow (Friday 13).
