Morey’s Piers partners with RocketRez

Morey’s Piers, a major family attraction in New Jersey, has partnered with RocketRez in a bid to improve its customer experience.

The seaside attraction has enlisted RocketRez to enhance its operations and guest management through ticketing, communications, and analytics solutions.

“We are committed to providing the best possible experience to our guests and consistently look for ways to exceed expectations, including through guest facing technology solutions,” said Morey’s Piers chief executive Will Morey.

“We are very enthusiastic about the technology capabilities demonstrated by the RocketRez team and excited about the value we see it bringing to our company and our customers’ experience.”

Through the partnership, RocketRez will integrate its platform across Morey’s Piers three amusement piers and two beachfront water parks.

It claims that this will ensure operational excellence with guest satisfaction at the forefront.
