Brisbane’s Nissan Arena and Ticketek have renewed their partnership, which will see the latter operate ticketing services for events at the 5,000-capacity venue.
The multi-year deal follows Netball Queensland also renewing with Ticketek for a further six years.
“We are delighted to continue our relationship with Nissan Arena,” said Geoff Jones, chief executive of TEG Group which owns Ticketek.
“This partnership will offer customers a seamless user-friendly experience from the moment of purchase through to attending an event.
“In addition, we are excited to bring an array of world-class content to Brisbane, whilst setting new standards for innovation across the board.”
As a result of the extended partnership, Nissan Arena will continue to gain access to TEG’s data insights and market research platform Ovation.
This allows the venue to better understand its audiences and tailor future events.
“We are excited to continue our partnership with Ticketek and look forward to bringing new and diverse events, such as the PDC Darts ANZ Premier League, to Nissan Arena in 2025,” said Nissan Arena general manager Paul Delugar.
“Our goal is to continue delivering exceptional experiences to our audiences while ensuring the venue remains a dynamic space for both local and international events.”
Nissan Arena is expecting to attract more than 430,000 people to its events in 2025.
